5 Sports You Can Try to Get Your Little One High Fast

1. Jumping Jack

How to do it with:


    Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by your side.

    Jump while spreading legs.

    At the same time, raise your hands above your head and clapping your palms together.

    Return to the starting position with your hands beside your body.

    Perform 2 to 5 sets of 10 to 20 reps.


2. Single Leg Deadlifts


This exercise builds stability while jumping using one leg at a time. Here's how to do it:


    From standing, place your left foot on the floor to support your weight.

    Then position the right hand forward while bending the body. Position the body like flying.

    Align your right hand, body and right leg in a straight line.

    Then, move quickly like standing with the knee of the right leg bent at chest level.

    Return to the starting position.

    Perform 2 to 4 sets of 3 to 10 reps on each side.


3. Burpees


This exercise builds strength, endurance and fitness. Burpees work the whole body and give strength to the legs. How to do it with:


    Stand with feet shoulder width apart.

    Do push ups from a standing position quickly.

    Then stand with your legs spread apart and jump with both hands clapping.

    Perform 1 to 2 sets of 10 to 16 reps.


4. Jump Linear Forward


This exercise targets the core, hips and thighs. Make the next jump after landing and return to the starting position. This height increase exercise movement is done by:


    Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by your side.

    Lower your body while bending over with your knees bent 30 degrees.

    Position both hands straight back.

    Jump from this position with your arms straight up.

    When landing, bend your legs and straighten your arms in front of your chest. Position the body like a squat.

    Return to the starting position.

    Do as many reps as possible with precise movements.


5. Squat Jumps


This height increase exercise movement is carried out using the strength of the body, hips and legs. Once you get used to this exercise, do it with a barbell or a pair of dumbbells. Here's how to do it:


    Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by your side.

    Pull your shoulders and shoulder blades down.

    Keep your lower back straight, with your knees slightly bent.

    Lower your body into a squat position. Hold the position for a few seconds.

    Perform 2 to 4 sets of 6 to 12 reps.
